For the purposes of this System Usage Agreement, “you,” “your,” “user,” or the person using the website www.digenat-market.com (hereinafter “the Website”) means you (and/or any person acting on your behalf). Digenat Market LLC reserves the right to modify or supplement this System Usage Agreement for legitimate reasons, such as changes in legislation or jurisprudence. Any changes will take effect upon their publication on the homepage www.digenat-market.com. You can always view the latest version of this Usage Agreement on our website. It is your responsibility to regularly check this website for changes.
2. Copyright
Digenat Market LLC, in collaboration with our valued partners & Co., is the copyright holder of all work results created by us, such as software, hardware, crypto technologies, images, videos, texts, drawings, etc. Digenat Market LLC holds the exclusive rights to exploit these works. The user is granted a simple usage right to the provided products, technologies, or work results. This usage right applies exclusively to the works provided to the user by Digenat Market LLC for the fulfillment of the contract. Reproduction, publication, or editing of the work results, as well as reproduction, copying, sale, and resale of instruments and technologies, are prohibited without the written permission of Digenat Market LLC. This also applies to the distribution to third parties.
3. Continued Use
Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of changes signifies your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services. Users are obligated to transfer these terms of use to their legal successors. In the event of changes to or cancellations of an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

It is software based on the SourceLess Blockchain network, enabling individuals and businesses to create their own 'ecosystem' through the SourceLess Blockchain with ARES AI, Formwelt AI, and GitHub Copilot.
6.2. License No. US63/294,483, issued on January 5, 2022. Title of Invention: Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology Software, Web3, STR.domains Ecosystem, creation of a new web platform with protocols other than www, encrypted and decentralized, with four (4) more patents pending.
6.3. SourceLess Technology is technically compliant with ISO 20022, a globally accepted approach to the standardization of financial messaging (methodology, process, repository) to help financial institutions streamline their communication infrastructure. This allows programs, applications, and all types of data to be created and integrated under the protection of the SourceLess Blockchain. You can customize your domain and are no longer dependent on third parties for renewal, as you become the owner after purchase.

9. Validation Metrology
Digenat-Union and SourceLess wNFTs employ state-of-the-art validation cryptography to provide irrefutable proof of ownership and robust protection against unauthorized replication. The validated settlements are comparable to a purchase agreement, where a mutual exchange of goods or tangible assets for Crypto-wNFTs-Settlement or vice versa occurs. Our validated wNFTs, including SourceLess STR, Digenat wNFTs GoldMark (DGM), vidby Shares SHA (VIDS), wNFTs Property, wNFTs Art, and others, serve as a gateway to a new era of decentralized digital interaction.
10. Tokenized Stocks
Tokens on a specific Blockchain exist either as real stocks or replicate the value of a stock. Consequently, the price development of the token closely mirrors the performance of the corresponding stock.
11. Digenat-SourceLess Wallet
The quantum-resistant, ISO 20022-compliant SourceLess software is a decentralized peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplace where transactions occur directly between crypto traders. These transactions must be created and secured by the contracting party in their own name and on their own account.
12. Backoffice Account
The account created by Digenat Market LLC for the contracting party displays the personal balance of the contracting party. This balance is expressed in an internal accounting unit called Digenat GoldMark (DGM) and is shown on the personal Backoffice account. The determined settlements (see point 8.16) are transferred to the account balance. By creating the Backoffice account, the contracting party confirms their knowledge and agreement to the terms and conditions by ticking a checkbox.
13. Crypto-Debit Card
Simple payment solutions with no fees, secure and compliant with regulations, allowing you to withdraw money and conduct FIAT transactions. Multi-layer avatar - share only the desired information from your digital identity. Encrypted cloud ensures that your applications and data are 100% secure and protected.
14. Contract Termination
Digenat Market LLC is entitled to immediate contract termination or partial or complete interruption if:
- The contracting party does not agree to changes in the present terms and conditions;
- The contracting party does not protect their account access data from third-party access;
- The contracting party does not pay the agreed fee by the due date or falls into arrears;
- The regular contract termination is regulated by a collective agreement, a company agreement, or the employment contract.
The decision between contract termination and mere interruption is at the sole discretion of Digenat Market LLC. The termination must be in written form.
15. Disclaimer of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Digenat Market LLC, our directors, officers, employees, partners, subsidiaries, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any damages, losses, claims, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, data loss, replacement costs, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise. This liability limitation applies to damages arising from your use of any service or product procured through the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. As some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Mutual Obligations
Users, consumers, partners, or mentors agree to perform any cooperation actions required for the execution of the agreed service by Digenat Market LLC upon first request. If it is the responsibility of the user, consumer, partner, or mentor to provide any images or videos, they guarantee that no third-party rights exist on this material. The user, consumer, partner, or mentor shall indemnify Digenat Market LLC from any third-party claims for compensation. Digenat Market LLC is entitled to engage third parties, in whole or in part, to fulfill contractual obligations. The sole contractual partner of the user, consumer, partner, or mentor remains Digenat Market LLC. The parties mutually commit to considerate behavior.
17. Right of Retention
The user, consumer, partner, or mentor is only entitled to exercise a right of retention with regard to claims that are undisputed and legally established against Digenat Market LLC. The user, consumer, partner, or mentor can only declare a set-off with counterclaims if they are undisputed or legally established claims. This does not apply to mutually dependent claims.
18. Confidentiality
The user, consumer, partner, or mentor commits to maintaining confidentiality about the content of the contract and any business and trade secrets of Digenat Market LLC that come to their knowledge during the execution of the contract, especially after the termination of the contractual relationship. The user, consumer, partner, or mentor agrees to take reasonable precautions to prevent third-party access to such data, documents, and information. This obligation does not apply to information from Digenat Market LLC that is generally known, made public without the fault of the partner or mentor, or lawfully obtained from a third party.
19. Right to Determine Services
Digenat Market LLC reserves the right to determine the specifics of the services provided under the contract. The services rendered by Digenat Market LLC do not guarantee success. Such outcomes can only be predicted based on the previous experience of Digenat Market LLC, but they cannot be assured.
20. Final Provisions
This website, the regulations contained herein, and any contract formed through the use of this website are subject to the law of the Digenat-Union Economic Community and its internal code of ethics. All users and contracting parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Digenat-Union Economic Community and its internal code of ethics for the resolution of disputes.
